Bodhjung School Alumni is nothing but a government registered dedicated organization (Regd.No. 5146 of 2006) of Ex-students of the rich heritage boys school named Bodhjung H.S (+2) School (established in the year 1945 A.D), erstwhile Thakurpally Pathsala (established in the year 1900,
at the time of Radhakishore Manikya Bahadur), situated at near Bodhjung Chowmohani, Agartala, with in the premises of present Bodhjung H.S (+2) School,Ground floor, West block, Bodhjung H/S School, Banamalipur, B.K. Road, Agartala, Tripura (West), 799001
This ex-students Organisation is one of the superb unique creation of the ex-students of Bodhjung H.S (+2) School,
and also a platform for the ex-students as well as for the present students to do better for the school and its present students,
of course for those who are giving their services for the school, even for those also, who were associated with the school and already gave their services.
WELCOME TO BODHJUNG H.S (+2) SCHOOL
Bodhjung Higher Secondary school is one of the premier schools of Agartala, Tripura. As recorded in the Govt.
Papers and inscribed in front of the school building at Bodhjung Chowmuni erstwhile called Mara Chowmuni in old days,
the date of its establishment is 1945 A.D .the school is named after a famous personality Rana Bodhjung Bahadur who was the chief secretary of Maharaja Bir Bikram Kishore Manikya Bahadhur,the then king of Tripura .
Regarding Rana Bodhjung a separate page has been used to describe him, some details will be available there .Hence this chapter will tell only about the school.
